Terms of Service for TETRA

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TETRA ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TETRA is a gamified fitness tracking application that helps users build healthy habits through workout tracking, nutrition logging, and achievement systems.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use TETRA
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You agree to provide accurate and complete information
One person per account - no sharing allowed

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purposes
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Create fake accounts or impersonate others
Use automated systems or bots with the App

5. Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: TETRA is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. If you experience pain or discomfort, stop exercising immediately and consult your doctor.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in TETRA is owned by us or our licensors
You retain ownership of your personal fitness data
You grant us a license to use your data to provide and improve our services

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TETRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TETRA and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Privacy

Your use of TETRA is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
